NORBC COVENANT
As members of this church, we commit:
To wholeheartedly walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, striving to please Him in every aspect of our lives, so that we may become fruitful in every good work. (Ephesians 4:1; Colossians 1:10)
To joyfully present our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to God, dedicating every part of ourselves as instruments of righteousness in His service. (Romans 12:1)
To love one another as Christ has loved us and to dwell together in unity. (John. 15:12)
To contend for the faith and to defend and propagate the truths we believe to be embodied in the Statement of Faith while speaking the truth in love. (Jude 3)
To grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, always being ready to give an answer to everyone who asks the reason for the hope that is in us. (I Peter 3:15; II Peter 3:18)
To faithfully and voluntarily support the ministries of this church, with our attendance, material goods, and our spiritual gifts as good stewards of His
favor. (I Corinthians 4:2; 2 Corinthians 9:6-7; Hebrews 10:23-25)
To personally evangelize and fulfill the Great Commission, which is the mission of this church. (Matthew 28:19-20)
To love others and thus fulfill the Great Commandment given by Jesus Christ. (Mark 12:31; Romans 13:9)
